Privacy and contact

WearLoud is operated by aqua lung. We use the contact details, message and design preferences you submit to respond to your enquiry and evaluate interest in this concept collection. Submissions are stored on our website server and sent to our business mailbox through Alibaba Mail. Records remain private and are not posted to the community. Contact hello@getwearloud.com to request access, correction or deletion. Do not include sensitive personal information. No checkout or payment is available.

Your shortlist is saved in this browser. Poster drawing happens on your device. A copied personal poster link includes its statement and optional nickname, so anyone with the link can read them. Downloading or copying a poster does not submit it to this site.

Submitting a private message or design interest saves your contact details, text, choices and limited entry/design-version information privately. These enquiries are also queued for an owner notification to hello@getwearloud.com through Alibaba Mail. The owner can use the email address you submitted to reply to your enquiry. A mail failure does not delete your saved enquiry. Test submissions never send an owner notification. This is not a marketing subscription. This site does not send automatic confirmation emails to visitors.

Submitting a form or withdrawing a contribution uses an eight-hour session cookie for request protection, retry checks and short-term abuse limits. Reading the community page alone does not create this cookie.

Legacy visitor tracking and preference voting remain disabled. When aggregate measurement is enabled, WearLoud counts visible page loads, design openings, clicks to request a tee and newly saved order requests in daily totals. These counts are not unique visitors, purchases or conversion rates. We do not use measurement cookies, persistent visitor identifiers, browser fingerprints or third-party analytics. The measurement request omits cookies and referrer details. It sends only an allowed page category, event type and, where relevant, a design ID and revision. A random report ID is held briefly in server memory to prevent duplicate delivery; it is not saved with the daily totals. Reports cover up to 90 days. Older totals are removed when measurement writes or owner reports run; stored totals may remain while both are paused. Reports may be missed or affected by automated traffic. QA checks and supported browser privacy signals are excluded. Existing shortlist storage, form-protection cookies and private order records keep their separate purposes described on this page. The hosting connection still receives the network information needed to serve requests and apply short-term security limits.

Public artwork feedback is separate from private enquiries. It requires your explicit permission and manual review. Only the feedback, optional nickname, linked design/version and any actual studio response can appear publicly. A submission is pending until approved. We keep its permission text/version and necessary moderation audit separately from visitor analytics. Old private messages and interests are never automatically published.

Keep private details out of public feedback. There are no photo uploads. Permission covers display on this website; reuse in a social post requires separate permission. Community feedback and studio responses are not verified purchases, product reviews or promises to change a design.

Your private withdrawal receipt works in its original visitor or QA scope, including while new submissions are paused. Withdrawal hides the contribution immediately and clears its feedback, nickname and studio response from active content fields. For an older hosted poster submission, it also clears its stored poster fields and blocks the hosted image. Minimal identifiers, permission and operation audit remain to verify removal and prevent republication. Historical database journals or backups may retain earlier copies; withdrawal is not a claim that all historical copies were erased. We have not promised a backup-deletion deadline. Copies saved or shared elsewhere and self-contained personal poster links cannot be recalled. If you lose your receipt, contact hello@getwearloud.com for help identifying the contribution.

Order requests save the chosen design/version, size, quantity, server-calculated USD price and your contact/delivery details in a separate private order store. An owner notification goes to hello@getwearloud.com. QA orders never send email. Private receipt codes protect order lookup and are stored as hashes; keep your receipt private. Payment reports save your public transaction ID and payer address for read-only verification and order attribution. A reported transaction is not proof of payment. There is no wallet connection or on-site signing. Order records and necessary fulfilment/payment audit are separate from visitor analytics and public community content. Contact the operator about corrections or retention of your order data.

As with any website, the hosting connection receives the network information needed to serve pages. You can contact WearLoud directly at hello@getwearloud.com. Sending email is separate from this website form.

Artwork and styling images are digital concepts, not product photographs. Order requests are reviewed before any payment is due. Availability and delivery are confirmed individually.
